In this guided meditation you will hear the Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Aria and Terra Koshi Chimes, a Paiste Mercury Gong, and a handmade ocean drum. You will also hear natural environmental sound recordings that will add to the experience.

To record this session we set up a root chakra singing bowl, heart chakra singing bowl and a third eye chakra singing bowl. (notes C, F and A at 432 Hz). The roads were wet and there was a gentle rain. The odd bit of distant traffic and a firetruck responding can be heard. If these sounds challenge you - they are an invitation for you to go deeper into relaxation and focus inward.

It is time for rest. Your private room with an expansive celestial view awaits you. There will be no interruptions as you've placed the do not disturb sign on your door. All you hear is the white noise of space and the ambience around you.

Walking through the woods you've come across and old building that appears to have been part of an old cemetery. Halloween is approaching and you need to be aware of your surroundings and looking over your shoulder… when you're alone in the woods.

s you're approaching the end of the Hemlock Bluff Trail in Algonquin Park, you come across quite a few little streams nestled in the forest under the canopy of the changing autumn colours.

Enjoy sitting around the bonfire with us and experience the natural ambience of the autumn evening 'up north'. You'll be able to hear the crackling of the fire, sizzling of the damp kindling, tree frogs and a tiny bit of traffic off in the distance echoing over the lake near the fire pit. The night is winding down and we're just enjoying a bit of fire before bed to help prepare for an amazing sleep.

Enjoy an afternoon on the I.B. & O Rail Trail (former Irondale, Bancroft and Ottawa Railway) near Tory Hill in the Highlands East area of Central Ontario. The now abandoned rail line began in 1884, reached Bancroft in 1910 and saw its last run in 1960. This trail is one of the recently designated rail trails in Ontario.

Venture into Algonquin Park with us to this little secluded lookout area on the Hemlock Bluff Trail, accessible just off of Highway 60 at KM 27.2 from the west gate. Enjoy the view onto Jack Lake while we sit at the water's edge.
